We offer document retrieval services in Barranquilla and across Colombia for clients who are unable to obtain official records in person. Through our local network and familiarity with notaries (notarías) and registries (registradurías), we can assist in obtaining certified copies of essential civil and legal documents, including birth certificates (registro civil de nacimiento), marriage certificates, death certificates, and public deeds (escrituras públicas). This service is especially useful for individuals living abroad or outside the region who require reliable, on-the-ground assistance navigating Colombian administrative processes.

Fees and Expenses

Our base handling and service fee is $40 USD per hour. Clients are responsible for all additional expenses incurred during the process, including but not limited to notary fees, document issuance costs, photocopying, scanning, and transportation to and from the relevant offices. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the service, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before any documents are released or delivered. By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with and accept our terms and conditions, which govern all aspects of service delivery and document handling.
