Colombian global superstar J Balvin has announced a national tour across Colombia in 2026, and Barranquilla is confirmed as one of its key stops. The tour, titled “Ciudad Primavera”, will arrive on May 1, 2026, at the Romelio Martínez Stadium, featuring a 360-degree stage designed to deliver an immersive, large-scale live experience.
Barranquilla will once again host a major music event as part of this highly anticipated tour. “Ciudad Primavera” is conceived as a show for all audiences, blending music, visuals, and atmosphere into a unique artistic universe. The tour follows the massive success of J Balvin’s concerts in Medellín (November 29) and Bogotá (December 13), both of which drew huge crowds and motivated the artist to expand the project into a full national tour running from March to May 2026.
The creative concept of the show centers on flowers, which J Balvin describes as symbols of gratitude, growth, and new beginnings. This symbolism is reflected throughout the stage design and the overall audience experience. Most tour dates will feature the original 360-degree setup, allowing fans to feel closer to the artist and enjoy the performance from every angle.
Through “Ciudad Primavera,” J Balvin aims to thank his fans, each city he visits, and Colombia as a whole. The tour is presented as a space where creativity and dreams take center stage, supported by high-level production and immersive storytelling.
