Everything is Ready for the Inauguration of Muelle 1888 in Puerto Colombia.
Atlántico Governor Eduardo Verano visited Muelle 1888 in the municipality of Puerto Colombia, which will be inaugurated on Friday, August 9th. You can visit the new eatery as of four in the afternoon.
The governor toured every part of this project and sent a message to all the people of Atlántico and tourists to visit this attractive tourist destination.
“I invite everyone from the department of Atlántico and Colombia to come and visit this International Gastronomic Center, Muelle 1888. It was the year when the idea of having a pier in Puerto Colombia was designed and began, along with the plaza,” he said.
The governor also stated, “This Gastronomic Center is meant to captivate and compete in the global economic world of tourism.”
The manager of Plazas y Parques, Jorge Ávila, explained that seven businesses will be available, with six kitchens and a clothing store.
“Among the kitchens, we have Italian restaurants, Mediterranean cuisine, coffee stalls, and a cocktail bar. This is the first group already set up and ready to welcome all visitors,” he mentioned. “Each space reflects the multiculturalism that characterizes Puerto Colombia. This will allow visitors to enjoy the best Arab, Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and German cuisine.”
A total of 18 commercial establishments will open. So far the confirmed establishments are:

- El Inmigrante
- Oblata
- Veranera
